he County Administrative offices, which are located in the Chaffee County Administrative Offices at 104 Crestone Avenue in Salida, house the offices the Director of General Administration and the County Administrative Assistant. This office provides the primary functions of the administrative day to day operations of the County.
It is this office that all of the meeting agendas and pertinent information is processed on a monthly basis for the Board of County Commissioners. Any requests for information are typically routed through this office, and when appropriate, the request is referred to another county department or office for follow up.
Our goal is to assist the public in providing the information to help facilitate solutions and inform/educate the public. Please feel free to call if you have any questions or need assistance related to serves provided by Chaffee County government.
On November 11, 2010 a Town Hall meeting was held to discuss the economic future of Chaffee County. The results are now presented in draft form and open for public comment. Comments will be received until January 13, 2012 and may be sent to Kelly Talylor at Kelly@scedd.com; mailed to 1104 North Main Street, Pueblo, CO 81003 or faxed to 719-545-9908.
