On February 22, 2010 the Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing to consider certain amends to the Nestle Waters Permit 1041 Permit and Special Land Use Permit to allow for the installation of a pipeline under the Arkansas River by trenching rather than boring. Nestle Waters Update: At the August 19, 2009 special meeting, the Board of Commissioners voted to approve the project subject to a number of conditions. The Board of Commissioners directed staff to prepare a resolution which will include the final conditions as decided at the meeting. ALL information is available for viewing in the Administrative Office at 104 Crestone Ave. from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m Monday - Friday.

At their December 16 meeting, the Board of Commissioners accepted the application as administratively complete for the purpose of beginning consultantreviews. The Commissioners will be establishing public hearing and meeting dates and times within the next several weeks. Please check for dates, times and locations on this website.
