If you are getting a COVID-19 vaccination, or any other vaccination, please consider printing out registration paperwork and bringing it with you to your appointment.

Immunizations

Immunizations help protect individuals and entire communities from diseases that are spread person-to-person. Immunizations prevent disease in the people who receive them, and they control many infectious diseases that were once common in this country. It is always better to prevent a disease than to have to treat it.

Immunization Services

CCPH offers immunizations for:

·         Children

o    CCPH offers all childhood immunizations. Please bring the child's immunization records with you to your appointment.

o    CCPH can bill insurance, or provide free immunizations for those who are uninsured or underinsured.

·         Adults

o    CCPH provides most routine adult immunizations.

o    CCPH can bill insurance, or depending on the inventory provide free immunizations for those who are uninsured or underinsured

·         Travel Immunizations

o    CCPH provides many travel immunizations (see list below), as well as travel consultations.

o    Many insurance companies do not cover the cost of travel vaccinations.  Call CCPH at 719-539-4510 for a list of prices.

    • Tuesdays 11 am – 1 pm
    • Thursdays 2 pm - 5 pm
    • Fridays 9 am – 12 pm
