The Chaffee County Board of Adjustment reviews and decides applications for zoning variances and appeals. The Chaffee County Commissioners sit as the Board of Adjustment for such hearings. The Board of Adjustment only meets as necessary to review applications. Notice of such meetings, agendas, meeting packets, and minutes will be posted at https://chaffeecoco.civicclerk.com/web/home.aspx.
